Processing Time

All orders require 3–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.

Order Policy

• All sales are final.
• We do not offer refunds.
• Eligible items may qualify for an exchange or store credit if returned in their original, unused condition and approved according to our Exchange Policy.
• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

Shipping

After your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Dae Dreamz Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
