At Dae Dreamz Hair, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Shipping Time: 3–7 business days after processing

Please ensure your shipping address, including any apartment or unit number, is entered correctly before placing your order. Dae Dreamz Hair is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Once an order has been shipped, Dae Dreamz Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If you are concerned about your package, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance for added protection.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office first. If you need assistance with the claims process, our team is happy to help guide you.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
