Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Hair must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, uncombed, uncut, and free of any alterations.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging exactly as received.
  • Custom wigs and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
