Policy
- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation.
- All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
- When purchasing through Afterpay, Zip-Quad Pay, Klarna payment processing can take 3-5 business days
- Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and to verify credit card authorization. (Not including payments made through Afterpay, Zip (quad pay), or Klarna.)
- Shipping is 2-3 business days after payment has cleared.
- Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive an update once you receive your tracking number.
- We will only ship to addresses that match billing address.
- All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.
- Once order has been placed we can not change the shipping address.
- We are not responsible for unexpected delays due to carrier delays, holidays, & natural disasters.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped.
- We currently do not ship internationally.
